LEECHES announce debut EP ‘Strange Bonds’

Bournemouth alt rock band LEECHES have announced their debut EP Strange Bonds, due for release on 3rd March via Leisure Records.

Although based in the South, the group have certainly made themselves known among Bristol’s surge of grunge, guitars and noise, having played numerous live shows across the city. Debut EP Strange Bonds follows on from last year’s single release ‘Inside Voices’, consisting of four new tracks of clever humour, infectious pop hooks and guitar riffs that pack a punch.

Talking about the EP, lead singer Ben Lowe, said:

“‘Strange Bonds’ is basically what happens when you reverse brew prison wine, a heady mix of alternative/heavy psychedelic pop-rock and jazz. Big.. and sort of small at the same time…”

LEECHES have shared the explosive ‘Regular’ from the forthcoming EP. The band’s next Bristol show is on 17th March supporting Van Zeller at the Louisiana.

Strange Bonds is available to pre-order now via the groups’ bandcamp website.
