Premiere: Richard Morris shines on new EP ‘Stay Alive’

Happy Friday folks! We’ve got an exciting treat for you as we’re delighted to premiere Portsmouth based singer-songwriter Richard Morris’ new EP Stay Alive ahead of it’s official release on 17th February.

Produced at Old Chapel and mastered by Pete Maher (U2, Lana Del Rey, Jack White & The Rolling Stones), the EP showcases Morris’ inspiring new sound which comes to life throughout. From title track ‘Stay Alive’ and ‘Worried’ to the fiery ‘Wasted On Her’, Morris leads the charge with his gritty songwriting and soulful vocals, while hook-driven guitar rhythms, piano keys and drums all combine for a flourishing finish that’s both bold and heartfelt.

Following an exciting campaign last year which saw performances alongside Little Comets, The Big Moon, Youth Club and more, Richard Morris is ready to conquer 2017 with his new EP, the follow-up to 2015’s acclaimed debut Await the Sunset.

The singer-songwriter will be celebrating the release with a launch show at The Wedgewood Rooms on 18th February with further shows at Green Door Store (Brighton, 19th) and Proud Camden (London, 24th) presented by HOTVOX.
