Following the news of their store move earlier this summer, independent record store Rise Bristol have announced that they will be closing its doors at the end of summer and reopening as Rough Trade.
In an official statement, the store said they’ve been working with Rough Trade for a few years and that Rise Bristol is closing “the current chapter on its inspiring history.”
There’s no news yet of the store move, but Rise Bristol have mentioned the new shop will feature a café, bar, live performances and the same lovely staff running the store.
For now though, be sure to pop into the store which is currently running summer deals on releases as well as an in-store performance from Everything Everything on 23rd August with the release of their new album A Feaver Dream.
