‘Ugly Vitamin’ is the latest single from rip-roaring outfit Nasty Little Lonely. Describing themselves as ‘psych post punk’, they offer this and a whole lot more.

The track begins with a haunting guitar riff that rapidly launches into a ferocious attack of drums from Martin G, whilst lead singer Charlie B provides sweet but snarling vocals, creating the perfect contrast, as her ethereal voice chimes ‘you’ll suffocate me ‘til death do us part’.

Nasty Little Lonely combine the noise rock grit from the likes of The Jesus Lizard, with modern echoes from Romily Alice of Japanese Voyeurs. Their spellbinding and unique style is explosive and fresh. They’ve arrived at a time when heavier genres are receiving a wide amount of praise, especially with the likes of Idles representing the Bristol scene, this is the perfect moment for Nasty Little Lonely to be unleashed into the wild.

‘Ugly Vitamin’ will be released on Friday 13th October on Liverpool based label Loner Noise, just in time for Halloween.
