We’re set to experience some sunshine and warm weather all this week, so check out these awesome new tracks that are more than suited for the occasion.

Mauwe – Strangers

Bristol indie pop duo Mauwe have thoroughly impressed thus far with stellar singles ‘That’s All’ and ‘Smoked a Pack’. The two-piece now present their debut EP The Art Of Letting Go and share new single ‘Strangers’ which pulls you in close as the story unfolds. Beautiful moments with graceful vocals that bring calm and clarity. An instant winner.

Goan Dogs – Brother (from another mother)

Oh how we’ve been enjoying Goan Dog’s new EP Roll the Dice; their new sound is just crazy good. The band have shared another single from the record, ‘Brother (from another mother)’ along with a karaoke style video shot at local pub The Cat and Wheel. Shining rhythmes and the slickest vocals around; capturing those special nights with your best friends and loved ones.

Heavy Lungs – Descend

Another Bristol band on the rise is Heavy Lungs. If you haven’t been acquainted with the post punk rockers than now is the time to do so. Following the release of their debut EP Abstract Thoughts, the band continue the momentum with single ‘Descend’ – a short but blistering whirlwind of killer riffs, fuzz and attitude that’ll knock your socks off. Also the video below features Dev from fellow post punkers IDLES doing his thing on the decks.

Poisonous Birds – Little Box

Poisonous Birds are quickly becoming a Bristol favourite, with recent EP Big Water getting some welcoming praise. The band have shared a new video for ‘Little Puzzle’ from the record, forming a stunning motion picture to match the sonically beautiful masterpiece.

Outlaw Boogie – Eyes Wired Shut

As part of his new EP Five Years, Bristol artist Outlaw Boogie has shared one the record’s shimmering highlights in ‘Eyes Wired Shut’. Glittering guitar strings and hazy vocals that form the artist’s dream pop sound as the song reflects on growing older and getting out of touch with things around you. Music that’s made for those long summer walks home.

CHVRCHES – Miracle

CHVRCHES reinvented sound continues to grow with each track. Their latest release ‘Miracle’ is both colourful and powerful, showcasing the electro pop trio’s phenomenal partnership with producer Greg Kurstin. New album Love Is Dead looks more and more promising as we edge closer to the official release.
