During times of turmoil, it can be very easy to be complacent and to find yourself in a selfish bubble. Taking time for yourself during this time is important, however not losing touch with your community is key. Mass House UK are using music to do just that with their debut, ‘pay what you want’, compilation charity album, Quarantine Machine. Proceeds will go to The Trussell Trust, a charity that supports foodbanks around the country to the vulnerable and needy across the UK.
How did the album come about? Having fell victim to a series of live show cancelations, like most of the industry, Mass House UK had huge hurdles to overcome. They switched their plans of live shows to this album, which has proved a great success and is available now on Bandcamp. The dynamic duo have managed to use music to help out their community and have used this platform to help showcase exciting new, up and comers in the Bristol Electric scene. You can discover the likes of James Humphrey, Anna Lisa, Sin Amor and Sonic Rain among others.
