This week’s new music

This week, Frank Ocean drops not one but two new tracks, bringing heat with ‘Dear April’ and revealing is Spanish tongue in ‘Cayendo’. Purity Ring pump positive energy in new track ‘I like the devil’, while Happyness release cool and easy banger ‘Ouch (yup)’. Rina Sawayama is back again this week, this time slowing the pace down with intimate track ‘Chosen Family’.

Following the release of their agreeably titled ‘John Lennon Is My Jesus Christ’, Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard return with poppy new track ‘Hollywood Actors’, while Tropical Fuck Storm kick you in the teeth unapologetically with ‘This Perfect Day (feat. Amy Taylor)’. Hailing from Weston-Super-Mare, five-piece Cheekbone gift us with brand new track ‘Window’, while Jenny Hval’s gentle vocals float effortlessly atop ‘Bonus Material’.

Renowned piano prodigy Ethan Bortnick releases existential single ‘The Dino Club’, which focuses on the repeated history and mistakes man-kind continue to make, and finally, taken from her forthcoming album, Natalie McCool returns with summer-feel new single ‘Closure’
